    Having cooked at Tien Court for over 20 years, chef Ho Tien Tsai is a bit of a celebrity among his clientele. His army of multi-generational regulars return time and again for Cantonese and Sichuan classics such as double-boiled shark’s cartilage soup with fish maw, sea cucumber and conpoy, and sautéed beef cubes with black garlic and scallions.

    The elegant dining room reflects this sense of blithe nostalgia, with filigreed wooden panels and gilded mustard tones. The service is warm and knowledgeable, though harried when the dining room fills up. Executive set menus are also available.
