The Singapore outpost of Hong Kongs Michelin-starred Kams Roast Goose does not feature goose on the menu, due to Singapores restrictions on the bird. But diners can expect a celebration of all other Cantonese roasted meats.
The restaurant also offers marinated and braised duck, soy sauce chicken and cured meats. This isnt a place to sit and linger, though. A sign at the front informs diners of the one-hour dining cap which, the restaurant manager says, is only enforced when the restaurant is exceptionally busy.
