Enjoy elegant Cantonese cuisine at this beautifully appointed fine dining Chinese restaurant. While there is the usual spectrum of premium seafood and classics here, roasted meats are the specialities, so one will do well to order the signature Peking duck that is roasted in a mesquite wood-fired oven; or the barbecued combination featuring poached chicken, kurobuta pork belly glazed with honey and roasted duck.
For us, the highlight of our meal was the crispy noodles tossed in a rich, savoury pepper sauce and topped with incredibly tender slivers of beef for a delicious contrast of textures.
