Set in the 170-year-old Chui Huay Lim Club, the restaurants list of Teochew specialities includes braised duck, ngoh hiang and pig trotters in aspic. We highly recommend the Teochewstyle steamed pomfret and the crispy skin sea cucumber braised in abalone sauce.
