Buffet themes change every fortnight. Offerings might include Thai favourites such as aromatic barbecued pork with lemongrass and baked salmon festooned with sweet cherry tomatoes and crowned with a tom yum crust. The cold seafood section boasts an array of crustaceans, while the skewers of satay served with fresh pineapple typically disappear almost as fast as they are replenished.
