    Expect an eclectic menu at Salted & Hung, with big, robust flavours, myriad textures and bold ingredient combinations. The food is designed for sharing, which is a plus since the temptation to order everything is very real.

    To help streamline your choices, allow us to suggest the succulent slivers of beef tongue with pickled onions, cauliflower mash and raw shiitake mushrooms. The crisp fried tripe dusted with togarashi, Sichuan peppers and caponata also stands out with its earthy, piquant flavours and crunch. There are some exciting wines by the bottle that offer better value than those by the glass.
