Osia Steak & Seafood Grill serves up a very respectable menu of meat and seafood, simply cooked and seriously good.
The hallmark of a grill is, of course, steak, and this restaurant lives up to its name with a concise but quality selection. There is the bangalow sweet pork rack chop, wagyu beef tenderloin and oyster beignet and Grainge Black Angus beef tenderloin, along with the 200-day aged Stockyard Angus ribeye, all 300 hulking grams of it. For the ultimate indulgence, there is the Mayura Station full blood Wagyu ribeye MS9+. The meats are beautifully cooked to desired doneness, tender but with bite.
An alternative choice that proves most satisfying is the pasture fed lamb rackstwo hefty, meaty full-flavoured cutlets without a trace of gamey pong. We recommend enjoying this with creamy herbed butter. The grilled Maine lobster thats air flown live daily is a real treat. Expertly cooked till just done, the sweet fresh flavours of the crustacean shines through, needing little adornment.
The same can be said of the chocolate soup, Osia’s take on molten lava chocolate cake. Here, the spotlight is on Vahlrona chocolate, hot and rich, paired with vanilla ice cream specked with black pepper for a perfect lingering burn.
