Resorts World Sentosa, Waterfront, #01-292, 26 Sentosa Gateway, Sentosa Singapore 098138

Established in 2010 at Resorts World Sentosa, this popular restaurant has demonstrated its staying power by showcasing the best of Singapore-style seafood. This is not surprising, given that it is a collaboration between four of Singapore’s top seafood dining brands—namely, Palm Beach Seafood, TungLok Seafood, The Seafood International Market and Restaurant and JUMBO Seafood.

Crispy fried baby squid makes for a good starter—the crunchy morsels are coated in a sweet sauce and prove extremely addictive. They are a surefire way to whet diners’ appetites. Another good choice is barbecued codfish otah. The rendition here combines the fragrance of charred banana leaves and a myriad of spices with the firmness of cod.

Naturally, the Singapore chilli crab does not disappoint, but do also try the creamy butter variation for something different and just as fulfilling. The crabs are always fresh and pair well with the buttery richness of the gravy. In total, there are 10 different styles of crabs available, including white pepper and wok-fried with salted egg.

For a break from all that seafood, order the fried coffee pork ribs coated in a sauce that is sweet, salty and pleasingly bitter all at once. The fatty to lean meat ratio in the cuts used is perfect, allowing for diners to enjoy this sinfully tasty dish without too much guilt. Dessert-wise, a cold double-boiled hashima with red dates and lotus seeds will round off the meal on a refreshing note.
