Commanding magnificent views of Marina Bay from its perch on the rooftop of CapitaGreen, Artemis Grill is a great place for dining and merry-making in elegant environs. Those headed here for dinner should start the evening early at the outdoor bar to watch Singapore’s skyline twinkle into night. After knocking back a few from the excellent selection of cocktails and wines, make the transition into the stylish dining room for a fantastic meal.
The seafood selection from the raw bar makes for a perfectcomplement to some pre-dinner champagne. Otherwise, sample Alaskan king crab salad served with grilled peppers and tomatoes. The sweet, delicate morsels of crab pair well with the exquisitely prepared vegetables. An excellent choice for gnocchi lovers—pillowy white chervil root and squash gnocchi perfumed with slivers of white Alba truffle andaccented with a silky egg yolk. Follow up with some stellar mains such as venison loin served perfectly rare with crispy pancetta blanketing the meat for satisfyingly savoury notes. Alternatively, try the slow-cooked Iberico pork served with Cognac apples and apple compote. Be sure to leave space for dessert, such as the ice cream degustation that is only available at dinner. Innovative sweet flavour combinations such as cucumber and caviar, and chocolate and saffron ensure a memorable end to the meal.
