The food is distinctly Italian with traditional favourites such as a Florentine-style 21-day dry-aged Black Angus T-bone for sharing and succulent Sardinian octopus, poached and pan-seared with salmoriglio-style condiments of lemon, olive oil, garlic and pepper, along with a serving of grilled Mediterranean vegetables.
Savour a cream-based risotto made with luxurious Piedmontese acquerello carnaroli rice or the 12-hour marinated oxtail agnolotti with pistachios. Antipasti options include white asparagus with a soft-poached egg dressed in taleggio cheese fondue and wagyu carpaccio with wild rocket and parmesan cheese. There are also gourmet cheeses with dried fruit and a selection of sweet wines such as port and grappa.
