The Waterfall offers diners poolside serenity amidst lush tropical foliage. Choose from al fresco seating overlooking the swimming pool or the indoor dining room appointed in gorgeous colonial style. The comprehensive menu comprises hearty South Italian gems and a selection of gluten-free dishes. Stellar appetisers include vitello tonnato, thinly sliced veal blanketed in a velvety tuna sauce and topped with capers and anchovies; and manzo Black Angus marinato, steak dressed with pine nuts, rocket leaves and pecorino cheese.
The signature stufato di pesce is a deliciously addictive seafood stew brimming with prawns, clams, mussels, lobster and fish, and spiked with sun-ripened Sicilian tomatoes, garlic and garden herbs. The generous portion means that it can feed three to four, and it is served with freshly toasted garlic bread with which to sop up the broth. For a sweet ending, the dessert platter of tiramisu, semifreddo, biscotti and profiteroles is great for sharing.
