One-Ninety Restaurant is the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore’s all-day bistro serving Western and Asian cuisine with a semi-buffet. Choose a main from the menu that comprises Italian selections such as squid ink tagliolini and slow-cooked pork belly; Asian specialties like the signature laksa and murgh makhani (butter chicken); and grill items like Australian Black Angus and whole Maine lobster. These are fired in a show kitchen over apple-wood fired grills, brick pizza oven or tandoor oven. The semi-bufft gives guests the luxury of indulging in appetisers, cheeses and desserts along with their main dish. The house-made pork pate with champagne jelly is a highlight here, along with the quality cheeses imported from France and Italy, and a delicious lemon meringue tart. The selection changes daily according to the seasons.
