You can also have your seabass salt-baked, steamed or deep-fried. From the selection of grilled meats, try the popular grilled pork collar roasted with rice powder, chillies and tamarind. Seafood choices include lightly charred squid with homemade nam jim sauce, drunken prawns with basil, and the much-loved pad pong crab meat curry.
