Kick start your meal with the prawn with green mango relish served with Thai rice crackers. The latter offers a lovely crispy contrast to the wet crunch of the shredded green mango. Follow up with a tangy spicy grilled ribeye beef salad or a refreshing mango salad, before moving on to the requisite tom yum soup—choose either the tom yum talay with seafood or the tom yum kung with prawns. The tom kha gai, juicy chickensimmered in thick coconut broth, is another solid choice.
Sound bets from the mains selection include: the cray fish with glass noodles in claypot, stir-fried squid in runny salted egg and the rather unique watermelon fried rice.
