This riverside gem serves food fit for a fine dining restaurantin a chic and casual light-filled space. The European bistro-style cuisine is exciting, with offerings like crisp tempura oysters and a luscious pork rillette served on wafer-thin slivers of toast with apples in a calvados reduction and a scrim of mustard. A 200-day aged côte de boeuf is perfect for sharing and comes served with vine tomatoes and grilled mushrooms. Also remarkable is the smoked chicken ravioli with bits of chorizo that add an element of delicious umami to an otherwise simple dish. There are also creative takes on classic Singaporean fare such as fettucine with tiger prawn and chilli, a play on Hokkien noodles.

Desserts are equally good, with options like an earl grey crème brûlée with a lemon-lavender streusel base, fresh seasonal fruit and edible flowers, and classic tiramisu.
