Located on the second floor of Orchard Parade Hotel, TungLok Signatures sports a spacious dining room anchored by a beautiful orchid centerpiece, and boasts private rooms for larger groups.
As its name implies, the menu features signature dishes from the TungLok Group’s stable of restaurants, including starters like fried fish skin coated with salted egg yolk, and crispy taro chips with Thai chilli sauce. The signature curry prawns is spectacular, with the crustaceans deep-fried before they are coated with a luscious curry sauce that you will want to mop up with morsels of fried mantou (buns).
Also popular is the crabmeat broth served with crispy rice and lobster prepared two ways: fried and swathed in a wasabi-tinged sauce, and served cold with refreshing watermelon. Service is attentive and efficient.
