Set atop the revolving OUE tower in Clifford Pier, Tóng Lè offers a luxurious Chinese dining experience with an everchanging view of the Marina Bay waterfront. Guests choose from four- or six-course set menus comprising top-shelf ingredients picked out by senior executive chef Ken Ling.
Seafood lovers should check out the six-course Colourful Clouds menu which begins with an appetiser of chilled Alaskan king crab topped with Imperial Kaluga Queen caviar. Warm your bellies with double-boiled shark’s cartilage soup with fish maw, bamboo piths and cabbage, before noshing on steamed hirame (olive flounder) with homemade vinegar chili marinade.
Meat lovers, meanwhile, can opt for another six-course menu option featuring the likes of doubled-boiled French chicken soup with lobster dumplings and Jiangnan-style braised pork belly.
