Cherry Garden’s take on Cantonese cuisine is impressive. A must-haveis its signature charcoal-roasted barbecue meat platter, featuringjuicy roasted duck bearing crisp thin skin, pork belly with crunchycrackling and tender honey-glazed Kurobuta pork char siew. Anotheroutstanding dish is the fragrant golden pumpkin soup cradling morelmushrooms and diced chicken.
The menu also offers a wide variety of live seafood, from abalone andsea cucumber, to fish and lobster. From its specialities, try the oven-bakedcod fillet, marinated with honey and glazed with black pepper, an enticingcombination of sweet and spicy.
