Oscar’s buffet is a culinary extravaganza that would impress even the most discerning palate. The buffet features a large Caesar salad station that includes a whole parmesan cheese wheel for tossing the salads. It also offers a selection of house-baked breads that pair well with cold cuts from the charcuterie station.

Its seafood station has a varied selection of fresh oysters, prawns, crabs, mussels, sushi and sashimi while the carving station serves up a daily variety of roasted beef, lamb, pork or fish. Fans of local delights can also find the best of Singaporean delicacies such as prawn noodle soup and laksa, with condiments to complement.

Oscar’s Supercharged Brunch on Sundays comes with an extended spread, which also means its roast section serves up the well-loved “London Duck” made famous in London’s Chinatown—i.e. roasted to yield crisp skin atop a flavourful wad of tasty fat and meat. There is even an outdoor charcoal barbecue to whip up fresh-off-the-grill lobsters and prime cuts of beef.

Given the smorgasbord of buffet lines, Oscar’s balances it out with healthy, wholesome concoctions in its beverage section, featuring fresh fruit and superfoods like Greek yoghurt, lucuma powder, maca powder and jarrah honey. The pasta station, meanwhile, uses only organic pastas, while the live egg station features only organic eggs. At the alcohol station, the restaurant breaks out its molecular gastronomy toolkit to create innovative concoctions like liquid nitrogen gin and tonic sorbet and specially crafted gin and tonic cocktail.

During festive periods such as Lunar New Year and Christmas, yetmore stations are added as well as a selection of festive dishes. Oscar’salso has an a la carte menu featuring local favourites such as Hainanesechicken rice, nasi goreng and Western standards like hamburger andsteak.
