This outpost of the popular American steakhouse chain is appointed in red-stained wood, black leather, and warm lighting. Steakhouse classics abound—go for the butter-saturated crab cakes or the garlic-spiked shrimp. If you are ordering to share, try the porterhouse steak, which serves two amply. The 12oz ribeye is also an excellent choice.
All the steaks are cooked medium-rare and finished with hot butter which pools deliciously on the plate. Sides like grilled asparagus and creamed spinach turn it all into an immensely satisfying experience.
Be sure to order the cheesecake and chocolate cake at dessert. The portions are large, but what you don’t eat you can take to go. Without a doubt, Ruth’s Chris is a dependably good option whenever the craving for steak strikes.
